The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking final action to extend the reporting deadline for the Health and Safety Data Reporting Rule under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) by one year to 21 May 2027.This rule is effective on 22 May 2026.91 Federal Register (FR) 30222, 22 May 2026; Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 716
