Vietnam: Draft National technical regulation on baseline cybersecurity requirements for surveillance camera

The "Draft National technical regulation on baseline cybersecurity requirements for surveillance camera" notified by G/TBT/N/VNM/314 was promulgated on 31 December 2024 by Circular 21/2024/TT-BTTTT under the name QCVN135:2024/BTTTT National technical regulation for Surveillance Camera using Internet Protocol - baseline cybersecurity requirements.

QCVN135:2024/BTTTT is being amended to update the competent authority specified in Section 6. Implementing organization, in which the responsible agency shall be Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention.
