The Ministry of Commerce of the Bangladesh Government has established the Portal in order to improve the predictability and transparency of the country’s trading laws and processes.

In the power and accordance of SRO No 134- Law/2015/14/Customs – Customs Act, 1969 (Act No. IV of 1969) – Section 21, VAT Act 1991, the government after due consultation with NBR has decided to cancel the SRO No.74-law/2005/2067/customs.
