HS Heading Change in Biogas Plant

SRO No. 138-Law/2015/18/Customs. In accordance with Customs Act, 1969 (Act No. IV of 1969) – Section 19(1), the government upon due consultation with NBR has decided to modify the SRO No. 160-Law/2012/2388/Customs as follows:

In the column-1 of the above-mentioned circulation,

a.     In the relevant entries of “30.06” following correction will take place:-

“38.08           3808.99.10       Biological deodorant for biogas plant”
