The Ministry of Commerce of the Bangladesh Government has established the Portal in order to improve the predictability and transparency of the country’s trading laws and processes.

National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology – Inmetro, issued Ordinance No. 257, 8 May 2025 that amends Technical Quality Regulation and the Conformity Assessment Requirements for Packaging Intended for Bottling of Hydrated Ethyl Alcohol – Consolidated, approved by Inmetro Ordinance No. 460, 18 November 2021, notified as G/TBT/N/BRA/1152/Add.1
