The Bangladesh Trade Portal (BTP) is an official source of all regulatory information relevant to traders who wish to import goods into Bangladesh or export to other countries. EU: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/276 of 12 February 2025 concerning the authorisation of clove tincture from Syzygium aromaticum (L.) Merr. & L.M. Perry as a feed additive for all animal species (Text with EEA relevance)

The substance covered by the Act was authorised as feed additive for all animal species. An application was submitted for the reauthorisation of this substance in accordance with article 10 of Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003. Further to the positive assessment by the European Food Safety Authority, this substance is reauthorised as feed additive for all animal species, in the category ‘sensory additives’ and in the functional group ‘flavouring compounds’, under certain conditions. A transitional period is included for the interested parties to meet the new authorisation requirements.
