Indonesia: Decree of Minister of Industry No 2 of 2021 on Mandatory Implementation of Indonesian National Standard for Copper Busbars

Regulation of Minister of Industry No.2 of 2021 has been revoked and replaced by Regulation of Minister of Industry No. 54 Year 2024 regarding Mandatory Implementation of Indonesia National Standard for Copper Bus Bars. The Regulation covers the issuance of SNI certificate using type 5 certification scheme, production process assessment and implementation of ISO 9001:2015 , including product quality testing based on:SNI 8760:2019 for Copper Bus Bars which have tariff post/harmonized system numbers ex. 7407.10.41 and ex. 7407.10.49.Domestic or imported Copper Bus Bars products produced before this regulation may still be distributed for a maximum of 1 (one) year from the enforcement date.
