Japan: The Partial Amendment of "Ordinance for Enforcement of the Road Transport Vehicle Act "

Amend to treat two-wheeled vehicles which have an internal combustion engine whose displacement is more than 0.050 liter and equal or less than 0.125 liter and whose maximum power is equal or less than 4.0 kilowatts as “first-class motorized bicycles”, with regard to the definition and the treatment in the type approval system.
