A Memorandum of Cooperation on Trade and Investment between the Ministry of Commerce, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Government of the Republic of Singapore was signed for greater cooperation to promote trade and investment. 16 sectors including Jute and jute products, textiles and apparel, agriculture, renewable energy, information and communications technology services, light engineering, leather and leather products, skills development, transport, logistics, digital economy and education services are identified as priority sectors under this Memorandum of Cooperation.
