For Articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7

(i)   When   the   quantity  to be    stored    or    imported and stored does not exceed 250 kilolitres.

(ii) When the quantity to   be stored or imported and stored exceeds 250 kilolitres.

(i)Taka 50 for every one kilolitre or part thereof, subject to a maximum of Taka 7000/-

(ii)Taka 7000/- for the first 250 kilolitres plus Tk 200.for every additional ten kilo liters or part there of, subject to a maximum of Taka 25,000/-

For the carriage of petroleum, in bulk by water

(i)For a ship or vessel the gross tonnage of which does not exceed 400 tons.

(ii)When the gross tonnage of a ship or vessel exceeds 400 tons.

(i)Taka. 1500.

(ii) Taka 1500 for the first 400 tons plus Tk.150 for every additional 100 tons gross tonnage or part thereof.

For the transport of petroleum in bulk by land.

The chief Inspector or an Inspector of Explosives   authorised  by   the Chief Inspector in this behalf.

(i)For a vehicle the carrying capacity of which does not exceed 5000 liters.

(ii)When      the      carrying capacity     exceeds     5000 liters.

(i) Taka. 600.

(ii) Taka 600 for the first 5000 litres plus Tk. 80 for every additional 1000 liters or part thereof.
