Process Steps

Step 1

Applicant applies in the prescribed form along with all documents addressing to the Director, Plant Protection Wing, and DAE.

Step 2

Submits the application to the Plant Quarantine Officer of the Regional office of DAE.

Step 3

Plant Quarantine Officer verifies the documents and sends to the Plant Inspector Officer.

Step 4

Plant Inspector Officer conducts the inspection and submits a report to the Plant Quarantine Officer.

Step 5

Plant Quarantine Officer issues the Certificate on the basis of the report.
