Process Steps

Steps	Descriptions
Step 1	Writes an Application in Company's Letter Head pad addressing to the Director General (DG). DOF in case of Head Office or District Fisheries Officer (DFO), in case of District Fisheries Office
Step 2	DG/DFO initials the Application and Section dockets the Application.
Step 3	Applicant then Apply in the Prescribed Form- under the following category Category (1): Production, Processing, Storage Category (2): Fish Feed Import/Export and Storage Category (3): (Ka) Fish feed sales( Wholesale)Category Category (4): (Kha) Fish feed sales ( Retail)
Step 4	Gathers the required documents and attaches them with Application
Step 5	Submits the Application to the Aquaculture Department/District Fisheries Office, Department of Fisheries
Step 6	District Fisheries Officer (DFO) receives the Application and sees it
Step 7	District Fisheries Officer (DFO) sends the Application to the Concerned Fisheries Officer
Step 8	Concerned Fisheries Officer verified the Application and documents
Step 9	Concerned Fisheries Officer conducts the inspection and seals samples
Step 10	Concerned Fisheries Officer submits reports to DFO after inspection; if ok, Relevant of conducts necessary formalities and informs applicant to submit Samples
Step 11	Applicant deposits License fees and Testing fees
Step 12	Submits copy of the Treasury Challan and sealed sample
Step 13	Lab, DOF/ BCSIR conducts necessary test and sends report to the concern section
Step 14	If ok, Concerned Section prepares the Certificate and District Fisheries Officer issues the License.
Step 15	Applicant gets the License

Step 5	Deputy Director (D.D) receives the Application and sees it.
Step 6	D.D. sends the Application to the Inspector.
Step 7	Inspector verified the Application and documents.
Step 8	Inspector conducts inspection
Step 9	Inspector submits reports after inspection to D.D if ok, Relevant officer conducts necessary formalities.
Step 10	Concerned Section prepares the Certificate and D.D issues the renewal Certificate.
Step 13	Applicant gets the renewal Certificate.
