USA: Extending the Reporting Deadline Under the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule for 2025 Correction

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is correcting the preamble of a final rule (notified as G/TBT/N/USA/2239/Add.1) published in the Federal Register on 27 February 2026. The final rule extended the reporting deadline under the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule, commonly referred to as the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program (GHGRP), for reporting year 2025 from 31 March 2026, to 30 October 2026. This document corrects an inadvertent typographical error in the Federal Register.
