China: The Measures of the Customs of the People’s Republic of China for the Administration of Inspection, Quarantine and Supervision of Import and Export Cosmetics

On 6 May 2026, the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (GACC) issued the Measures of the Customs of the People’s Republic of China for the Administration of Inspection, Quarantine and Supervision of Import and Export Cosmetics (Decree No. 284), which shall take effect on 1 December 2026.
