Jamaica: Jamaican Standard Specification for Vodka

This Standard specifies characteristics, labelling, packaging, requirements, and sampling for vodka. This standard also applies to flavoured vodka. It provides guidance on the production process and establishes maximum limits for heavy metals and other relevant compositional parameters in the final product. The standard also outlines microbiological criteria applicable to Tequila to ensure product safety and quality.
