| The purpose of this draft Communiqué is to amend Turkish Food Codex Communiqué on Bread and Bread VarietiesWith the amendment, the use of roasted malt flour, roasted chickpea flour, dark malt extract, and similar ingredients for the purpose of imparting dark colours such as brown/black and/or flavour to the products covered by the Communiqué has been prohibited. |
