The Bangladesh Trade Portal (BTP) is an official source of all regulatory information relevant to traders who wish to import goods into Bangladesh or export to other countries. The Ministry of Commerce of the Bangladesh Government has established the Portal in order to improve the predictability and transparency of the country’s trading laws and processes.

Japan: Partial Amendment of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Radio Act, etc.

Addition of various requirements based on the contents of the latest version of CISPR 11, reduction of the gap between CISPR 11 and existing regulation with domestic deviation, changes in the classification of Equipment Utilizing High Frequency Current(prescribed in Article 100 of the Radio Act), expansion of the scope of type designation, etc.
