The Bangladesh Trade Portal (BTP) is an official source of all regulatory information relevant to traders who wish to import goods into Bangladesh or export to other countries. The Ministry of Commerce of the Bangladesh Government has established the Portal in order to improve the predictability and transparency of the country’s trading laws and processes.

EU: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1989 of 22 July 2024 concerning the authorization of undec-10-enal, terpineol acetate, d,l-borneol, l-carvone, d-camphor, d,l-isobornyl acetate, 3-propylidenephthalide, phenylacetic acid, methyl salicylate

The substances covered by the Act were authorized as feed additives for all animal species. An application was submitted for the reauthorization of these substances in accordance with article 10 of Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003. Further to the positive assessment by the European Food Safety Authority, these substances are reauthorized as feed additives for all animal species, in the category “sensory additives” and in the functional group “flavouring compounds”, under certain conditions. A transitional period is included for the interested parties to meet the new authorizations requirements.
