| The draft Order aims to supplement the Requirements, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine No. 592 of 02 November 2017 with provisions on the labelling of the types of sugar covered by Requirements, as well as provisions on methods for determining the quality of sugar. The draft Order is developed to harmonize the provisions of national legislation on the labelling of types of sugar and methods for determining the quality of sugar intended for human consumption with EU legislation, particularly Council Directive 2001/111/EC. |
