The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) issued the Notice of Administration Order of Saudi Food and Drug Authority Ref. No. 28515 dated 1 June 2023 entitled “Temporary ban on importation of poultry meat, eggs and their products originating from Pyrénées-Atlantiques in France”. The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) has subsequently issued the Notice Administrative Order No. 2128 dated 18 July 2024, lifting the temporary ban on the importation of poultry meat, eggs and their products originating from Pyrénées-Atlantiques in France, based on the WOAH report dated 14 August 2024, indicating that Pyrénées-Atlantiques in France is free of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza Virus (HPAI). |
